Where do I find my Account Information?

  • Click on the down arrow next to your login name, and then Account.  Under Account you can view/edit the following:

    • Profile
    • LAN Center
    • Billing Information
    • Payments
    • Transactions

Where do I add a 2nd LAN Center to my Account?

  • Click on the down arrow next to your login name, and then Account.
  • Go the the LAN Centers Tab and click on Create LAN Center.

Where do I make a payment?

  • Click on the down arrow next to your login name, and then Account.
  • Make a Payment.

Where do I add my Billing Information if different from my Center Information?

  • Click on the down arrow next to your login name, and then Account.
  • Go to the Billing Information Tab.

I forgot my password, how do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by using the “Forgot Your Password?” function.

If you do not know the email address, please contact us at info@igamesinc.com.

I don’t know my username, what do I do?

If you do not know username for your account, you’ll need to send an email to info@igamesinc.com from the email address the account was created from. If you no longer have access to your email, please provide the date of birth for the account and state/province the account was originally set to.

Can I change my username, location, or password?

You can change your username, location, or password by logging in and going to your account settings page.

How do I change my email address?

To change your account’s email address, please contact us at info@igamesinc.com using your original email address. If you no longer have access to your email, please provide the date of birth for the account and state/province the account was originally set to.

I entered my Date of Birth incorrectly for my account, how can I change this?

To change your account’s date of birth, please contact us at info@igamesinc.com.

How do I change my profile avatar image?

  1. Go to your account's "Profile" page.
  2. Click your current profile image and select a previously approved avatar image, or upload a new one for approval.

How do I cancel my membership?

  1. Contact membership@igamesinc.com.

Community Rewards Program (CRP)

What is the Community Rewards Program?

When you contribute to a PLDX community, you earn Community Reward Points (CRP). You can track your accumulated CRP through your member profile page. CRP accumulates towards Digital Rewards for all community members worldwide.

Why did I lose CRP?

You will see your CRP totals decrease if an image, video, group, comment, or event you added/created was removed. Additionally, leaving a group will remove the CRP you earned for joining that group.
